   Great for skin with a gentle smell

   Overall I really like both the cleanser and the lotion. If you aren’t on a budget this is an awesome duo. For the price I’m not quite sure if I’ll get it again. I’m trying to stretch it as far as I can. But I really like the very mild smell and it works nice on my sensitive skin. I especially like the lotion dispenser bottle. In general I am satisfied and it is really enjoyable to use.

   Nice 1st cleanse

   This does a great job as a 1st cleanse at night to remove makeup. A little goes a long way and it preps my skin well for my more treatment based cleanser. The bottle is smaller, but it only takes a little. Nice product.

   Good oil-cream cleanser

   My wife says: This Agency Cloud Care Cream Oil Cleanser, Gentle Face Wash and Makeup Remover, Hydrating Skin Care for Women and Men, 2.7 fl oz works well to dissolve makeup and sunscreen off your face. It has a creamy texture – going on as a white cream that melts into a cleansing solution. It does take a while/some effort to completely wash off (a washcloth or shower poof helps), but afterwards skin is soft and doesn’t feel stripped. I appreciate that it’s unscented and my skin was not irritated after use. Made in the USA.

   Not bad, not amazing

   This skincare duo is a decent product but it’s very basic and doesn’t really standout from other options out there. The cream oil cleanser doesn’t remove makeup well and feels thick on my face. It emulsifies on the skin when water is applied but it doesn’t completely wash off as well as other oil/balm cleansers I’ve used. The face cream is a decent, lightweight moisturizer. Overall, it’s a decent product but not amazing imo.

   Delightful

   I thoroughly enjoyed using the duo. The cleanser effectively removes my makeup without leaving my face feeling dry or stripped. The moisturizer is equally delightful, and I particularly appreciate the dispenser, which keeps the product hygienic and dispenses the perfect amount. While the moisturizer does have a slight fragrance, I find it pleasant and reminiscent of summer. Although the price point may seem high, the quality ingredients used justify the cost.

   Great Cleanser and decent moisturizer

   MY ⭐️RATINGS:4⭐️- I would recommend it as the one to get.I use this when I have worn makeup and need a cleanser to remove the makeup thoroughly. It melts the makeup away while cleaning my skin, making it feel refreshed without leaving that tight, dry feeling. Afterward, I apply my usual serums and put on the moisturizer to keep my skin hydrated.I would definitely like to be able to buy the cleanser alone without the moisturizer. I swear by specific moisturizers, so even though this moisturizer works well, I still prefer the ones that I am familiar with.EXPIRATION DATE: UPON OPENING!I always check for an expiration date before using, ESPECIALLY with health & beauty products. This product does not have one, which means the expiration is between 12-18 months UPON OPENING.This Set is exactly as advertised, and works well. The PRICE is in the usual range.

   Works nicely

   This face wash is a 2 in 1 so you’re able to double-cleanse your face without having to use multiple products. It didn’t irritate my skin and I did feel like it cleaned it well and removed makeup.

   Nice one step cleanser

   This is the perfect cleanser for travel, or your beach bag, because it combines the power of an oil cleanser and gel cleanser. It comes out as sort of a hybrid solid cream but quickly transformed to melt away makeup and sunscreen off my face. It was gentle and non-irritating too, so that was a bonus. Some oil cleansers bother my eyes! My skin felt very soft and moisturized, but also clean after. The fact that this is a line from the creators of Curology gave me extra confidence in it’s abilities too. I will definitely try more from this brand!

   Agency Cloud Care Duo, Cream Oil Cleanser Face Wash and Weightless Whipped Moisturizer

   This is a decent set of cleanser and face wash that I can use while traveling. The cleanser works well without drying out my face but it doesn’t rinse away easily. I know that it’s an oil cleanser but I’ve used similar products from other brands that were much easier and nicer to use. The whipped moisturizer isn’t bad either but it feels a bit heavy on my face and smells like sunscreen and plastic, which is a bit weird. Overall, they’re both good products, but there is no wow factor here.

    They’re okay

    I wasn’t blown away by this set, but I don’t have any major complaints either.The good: They’re unscented (though the moisturizer does have a weird sunscreen like smell). Neither seemed to irritate my skin, and the face wash cleaned well enough without stripping my skin.The meh: I don’t love the smell of the moisturizer, and you have to rinse quite a bit in order to wash off the cleanser. Overall, neither really impressed me.

    Good hydration, but I can’t use it

    My skin felt hydrated after using these products, but my nose was not happy, especially after using the moisturizer. The latter has a faint sunscreen-like smell to it, so within 30 minutes I had to wash it off. So while these products may be fragrance free in the sense that there is no added fragrance, that doesn’t mean the ingredients are odorless.

    Great cleanser, don’t love the moisturizer.

    I really like the cleanser. It really cleaned the dirt off my face. I usually don’t wear makeup, but it surprised me at how much dirt came off my face with this cleanser after a normal day. It cleaned my face much better than soap, plus left my skin feeling much less dry. I really like this cleanser. Now the moisturizer, not so much. It had a slight petroleum jelly smell to it and left a greasy feeling on my skin. It didn’t feel light like a lot of moisturizers I have used before. It felt kind of thick and goopy. It was ok, but hours later my skin still feels a bit oily. The containers seemed more travel size, so I don’t feel like this would be a good purchase at the price point it is at.

    Juicy hydration and cleansing!

    The texture of the cream oil cleanser is interestingly thick and similar to most bubble cleansers but it’s dense and almost frothy at the same time. Regardless, it works in on the skin almost like a balm, and holds onto it’s thick lather while it helps breakdown all the oils and makeup on my face and leaves me squeaky clean. I love the design of the whipped moisturizer too, which is also light, but rich at the same time. It’s really hard to explain. Either way, both are supposed to be unscented, which they mostly are, but there’s some kind of scent in there that I can’t pinpoint which isn’t obtrusive at all or overpowering, it’s sublte and goes quickly either way. This will be great to travel with and eventhough my skin is oily, it still works! I’m excited to try out more products from their line since it’s derived from Curology, and I’m totally here for it!

    Prescription Strength Skincare at Drugstore Prices!

    I’ve used this skincare range back when it was Curology, and I’m glad to see the quality has remained.The cream oil cleanser with squalene and glycerin effectively removes my makeup and doesn’t leave my skin feeling dry or overly tight. The moisturizer is lightweight as claimed, and I like to use it during the day with sunscreen as it doesn’t make my makeup streak while keeping my skin moisturized and hydrated.Since it’s a prescription line, results are best seen when paired with their prescription formulas (dark spot, anti-aging). I’ve used these and noticed some improvements.Ultimately, I appreciate that they use prescription-strength ingredients to target specific skin concerns, which actually deliver results.It’s not fancy or TikTok-famous, but for my skin, I’ve definitely seen some improvements.

    Removes makeup effectively without stripping

    This product is an interesting consistency. It’s a little like coconut oil. It liquefies on the skin and removes makeup effectively. Skin feels clean and fresh afterward but not stripped or dry. Really enjoy this one step cleansing product for travel- I took it on a trip and it was great to remove my makeup and cleanse without multiple little bottles. Size is fine for TSA and appreciate that it doesn’t have a fragrance. Overall a great choice, especially while traveling.

    Hydrating moisturizer and cleanser duo

    This set is great for people with sensitive skin. Both the moisturizer and cleanser are scentless and have minimal yet identifiable ingredients list compared to the standard moisturizer and cleanser. Both products lean towards cold weather use. The moisturizer comes in a press pump jar and is very thick and is great for drier skin. Personally, I prefer to mix with a thinner serum so that it applies better. For the cleanser, which comes in a standard squeeze bottle, less is more. A literal dime sized amount will lather up generously with water.

    Cream Oil Cleanser

    This is a nice cleanser. I used it in the shower with a face brush. It cleans my skin well without stripping it. It feels soft, but I do still need a moisturizer after. Not that I want my cleanser to live a film on my face anyway. The smell is light and pleasant and this feel like a premium product. It doesn’t remove makeup as well as my normal oil cleanser, but it is great to follow up makeup removal to get anything else that remains.

    Works Well.

    This product is unscented which is nice. It is on the thicker side and melts down into a nice lather. I wear sunscreen and makeup daily and I feel like this did a good job of removing both off of my face without any special effort. It foamed up well and rinsed away clean. I’m not sure how “hydrated” my skin felt after using it, but it did feel clean and not stripped or dry. I also find the packaging is nice and makes it easy to get the cleanser out. I would recommend this. It’s a nice, simple, effective, cleanser.

    Love Agency Products

    I have used Agency for my tretinoin and hydroquinone for a year at least. They are owned by cureology and their OTC moisturizers, sunscreen and this cleanser are amazing too. I love that you can buy this face was outside of ordering it on their website. Very convenient. This face wash is a very hydrating cream cleanser. It gets my face clean of all makeup and dirt and does not irritate my skin. The size of the bottle is pretty small though and I wish they did have a bigger value size but overall this is a great product and I would absolutely recommend it.

    Very rich cleansing cream

    This cleansing cream feels like a cross between a balm and an oil. It’s very rich, and emulsified well. I did find it a bit more difficult to rinse, but I use it as the first step in a double cleanse, before using toner. No scent that I can smell, and it leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized.

    Feels good so far

    The cleansing oil is nice – very gentle, but seems to clean well. Some makeup will still need to be removed. It didn’t make my skin dry or oily. It felt clean but still moisturized.The moisturizer is definitely for daytime. It has SPF, which I needed. The ingredients seem good, and it feels good on my skin. My skin can be sensitive, but these products didn’t give me any issues.I feel moisturized but not at all greasy.

    Skin felt soft and clean after using

    My skin felt very soft and clean after using it. It says that you can rinse it off but I used a washcloth and it was easy to remove and took my makeup right along with it. It lathered nice and is unscented, which my sensitive skins prefers. A little expensive for me but if I could afford to continue to get it I would because it does work really well.

    nice gentle face wash

    The Agency Cloud Care Cream Oil Cleanser and makeup remover is a great find! The mild scent is not overbearing, and the creamy texture feels very smooth on my face.     Well, wasn’t all that amazing

    Well I used it to remove some light make up as part of my night routine and was really expecting 100% clean results. Well it wasn’t, right after a cleansers I use the toner pads and needless to say there was still a lot left. Gave it benefit of the doubt and used next evening when I didn’t have makeup on, was better but still didn’t pick up everything. It’s nice and gentle I just wouldn’t rely on it and not using cleaning pad or toner right after, I do want to say I’m a bit disappointed with results.

    Faulty tube.

    This review is for: Agency Cloud Care Cream Oil Cleanser, Gentle Face Wash and Makeup Remover, Hydrating Skin Care for Women and Men, 2.7 fl ozI like oil based cleansers. This is on the pricier side for 2.7 Oz, so I was disappointed that half of it was gone when it arrived.The bottom part of the tube it was not sealed. It’s wide open so the cleanser just falls out the end. You can see it in my video that there’s gap where it’s coming out the bottom of the tube.The cleanser does feel nice and seems to work well. It is very hydrating. It’s already a small amount, so I was very disappointed to only get about half of what I was supposed to.

    Cleanser and moisturizer set

    The Agency Cloud Care Duo set of face wash and moisturizer are a smaller set suitable for traveling. They arrived as set together in a generic bag. The face cleaner is very thick, like thick hand cream. When you use it, it cleans very well but and there is a little sudsing to the product. The moisturizer comes in a pump top bottle (you push down and the moisturizer comes out thru a hole in the center of the pump). It is creamy and smooth and absorbs and drys quickly. It does keep your face feeling hydrated all day. It has an earthy/woodsy scent which is great for men or women. If you like floral or sweet scents this may not be the product for you, but if you like earthy scents, this would be great!The cleaner is 2.7 ounces and the moisturizer is 1.7 ounces. The product is nice and you get both the cleanser and the moisturizer. It would be nice if the set was nicely boxed together, especially at this price point.

    Excellent facial cleanser and moisturizer!

    Very satisfied with this product. I work outside for a living and in the summertime it gets hot out. I was looking for a good face wash and moisturizer to use after I get out of work to clear my pores from sweating all day so when I saw this product I decided to give it a try. I been using the face wash in the shower and it really works well. Some face wash really dries out your skin but this wash leaves my face feeling soft and very clean. It smells nice and doesn’t have any sort of chemical odor like some facial cleansers. I really like using the moisturizer after I get out of the shower especially after I’ve shaved my face. The moisturizer goes on smooth and doesn’t leave an oily feel on my face and the soft ess it leaves on my face really lasts through the day. My only gripe with this product is the moisturizer has this yellow push button to distribute the lotion. You have to use your thumb and index finger having a finger on each side to push down and it squeezes out poorly. I wish it just came in a jar without the complicated push top. Overall I am very pleased with this product. Its an excellent face scrub and moisturizer that I’ll definitely be getting more of in the future!

    Gentle cleanser, decent moisturizer

    My favorite part of the Agency Cloud Care Duo has to be the Cream Oil Cleanser Face Wash. I wear a lot of waterproof sunscreens and this cleanser does the job of removing the sunscreen without stripping my face of every drop of moisture. The Weightless Whipped Moisturizer is fairly lightweight and does a good job of moisturizing my skin but it’s not quite as moisturizing as I’d normally use at night. For day use, during the summer, it’s entirely sufficient but winter will see me switching to something richer.

    Cream Oil Cleanser

    I have never heard of cream oil cleanser, so I purchased this one kind. I have sensitive, dry skin and wanted something that wouldn’t irritate my skin. Hopefully, this cleanser will satisfy me. When I have used this product regularly, I will update. The bottle did come with a protective seal, so it’s safe to use.

    Agency Cloud Care Duo

    I ordered this set and gave it to my husband. He is trying to take better care of his skin.He says he likes the cleanser. It removes oil and keeps him clean all day. He said it’s easy to apply to his skin, and he just rubs it in and rinses it away in the shower. He applies the moisturizer lightly. It seems to hydrate his skin and does not make it oily. He’s had no skin irritation from using the products at all.He’s been using it daily for over two weeks and his skin is looking better. He recommends this duo!

    Oil-based cleanser which is good for mature skin but maybe not so much for young skin

    In general I am a big fan of oil-based cleansers (which I started using after those pesky little lines started showing up around my eyes). None of the oil-based cleansers I have used have been good with removing eye makeup — and this one is no exception. This is solely a cleanser and not a makeup remover. What I like about oil-based cleansers is that a little bit of moisturizing residue is left on the skin — it does not strip the skin of all oils while removing the day off your face. What I am not a big fan of is the slight “funk” smell of this unscented cleanser. I am assuming the “funk” scent is coming from the masking chemical. The scent thankfully goes away quite quickly. The moisturizer is lightweight and does not feel greasy. One star removed for funk.

    Love that it’s a double cleanser in one!!

    I’ve heard amazing things about Agency skincare products but never tried any until this Agency Cloud Care Cream Oil Cleanser!I have fairly sensitive skin and have had no adverse reactions. Zero scent detected!I love double cleansing as it does great things for my skin, but it’s a pain having to use 2 different products. So I LOVE that this is a double cleanse in ONE! I apply to a dry face (it says apply to a damp face but I feel like it does better applying dry), then after rubbing it in, I add a little water to cleanse some more, then rinse off.This definitely takes off my makeup (I wear minimal makeup, tinted SPF, primer and powder). I don’t wear eye makeup much so am unable to comment on how well it removes eye makeup. But it removed my face makeup really well and leaves my skin feeling cleansed, soft and smooth! I love that it has Squalane and Glycerin !I don’t know of the long-term results just yet, as it’s only been 1 week of use. But I do know I am loving it so far and would definitely recommend and order again!!

    Very gentle, non stripping

    This is a great cleanser for irritated or sensitive skin. It isn’t over-drying. Reputable brand and fairly extensive line of skincare products.It is very thick when it come out of the tube, but becomes more slippery when warmed by body heat and being rubbed between your hands.It may be marketed as unscented, but it does have a light but not pleasant (slightly tangy) scent. (I really don’t like the smell, but it’s tolerable given how well my very sensitive and somewhat irritation-prone skin tolerates it.)Comes in a push top squeeze tube.

    Cleanser

    I have not used Agency products before, and was not familiar with the brand prior to trying this. I feel like it does a decent job of getting my face clean, and I found that it was easy to remove when using a wash cloth. It is unscented, though it does have a bit of a mild scent that doesn’t linger. The price point feels relatively fair. It’s maybe a little on the high side for the size of the tube, but it is certainly less expensive than many cleansers. Overall, I like it enough to continue using it, and to consider ordering from this brand again, but it’s not my favorite cleanser.
